CAVITY WALL AND LOFT INSULATION
We provide both EPS bead and mineral wool retrofit cavity wall and loft insulation for all property types. We work with clients and property owners to carry out technical surveys to ensure the most appropriate schemes are designed and delivered to budget and timescales. We specialise in the delivery of cavity wall insulation by rope access for high rise properties, which is highly cost-effective and time-saving against scaffolding, and the team at ARP have delivered cavity wall insulation in over 40,000 flats.
EXTRACTION & RUBBLE CLEARANCE
ARP are experienced in the extraction of all types of failed and degraded cavity wall insulation for all property types and carry out extraction on high rise blocks of flats using mast climbers. We re-fill with a more appropriate insulation product which will combat previous damp and mould issues and ensure the property is warmer and more energy efficient.
ECO FUNDING
ARP are able to access Energy Company Obligation funding to support our clients’ projects. We will predict the carbon savings during the technical survey stage of projects and work with clients to maximise the leverage we can provide to their projects. We achieve high technical monitoring levels and submit the required compliance paperwork and photographic evidence.
Darren Peacock, previously Director of Avalon Sustainable Energy Solutions (ASES), formed ARP Energy Services Ltd with Warran Reeder, previously Technical & Operations Manager at ASES, and Emma Adams, who has supported a number of companies and carbon reduction schemes with business development, project management and funding support.
Darren Peacock
Following a sales career spanning over 20 years, Darren joined the AvalonPro Group in 2007. Darren was instrumental in developing the award–winning cavity wall insulation delivery to high rise blocks of flats by rope access. Over two years he worked with Avalon’s operational team, Camden Council and the British Board Agrément (BBA) to ensure the company met full Health & Safety and quality standards to provide cavity wall insulation installation by rope access for the first time in the world.
Darren managed the delivery of over £16m of ECO and stakeholder funded projects to install cavity wall insulation in nearly 38,000 flats.
Due to changes in the energy industry, in January 2016 Avalon made the decision to concentrate on general abseil works, so Darren set up ARP Energy Services Ltd. He is the driving force for the company and is continually working with clients for innovative products and solutions to address the changing energy industry with a range of delivery services.

Emma Adams
Over the last 20 years, Emma has been involved in the delivery of energy efficiency and fuel poverty programmes for Warm Front, London Warm Zone and the GLA’s RE:NEW scheme. She managed resident engagement and strategic liaison with funders and stakeholders, as well as communication and delivery support for the supply chain.
Emma has excellent skills in project management and partner engagement and ensures our projects meet the delivery KPIs for all stakeholders. She looks after ARP’s liaison with funders and clients to ensure we maximise available funding from ECO and other sources.
She is a Trustee of East London charity DABD, which supports vulnerable people, and a Non-Exec Director for Energy Local. Emma is passionate about supporting people living in fuel poverty. She has been instrumental in devising a fuel poverty assessment to ensure homes and the residents are properly assessed to determine real poverty and solutions for both their home and income are addressed.
She also provides consultancy services and has worked with Keepmoat, Npower, Sustainable Homes and Sustainable Ventures, along with a range of contractors and stakeholders.

Warran Reeder
Following a career of over 30 years in the cavity wall insulation industry, Warran joined the AvalonPro Group in 2010 to manage the operational and technical delivery of cavity wall insulation. His experience and knowledge was key to developing the specialist rope access delivery for high rise blocks. He is an ex-BBA Inspector and ensured the Health & Safety and quality of the work consistently achieved 100% technical monitoring results for clients and funders.
Warran manages all of ARP’s on site delivery of all of our extraction and installation projects to meet client timelines and delivery quality standards and is skilled in innovative access methods. He is incredibly meticulous and understands the most productive delivery methods and manages our extraction and installation teams to ensure the most cost-effective approach is always adhered to. He has outstanding technical knowledge and provides vital input to delivery plans for clients prior to works starting.
