Painting and decorating

Painting and decorating works can be carried out at height or in hard to reach locations by our skilled rope access teams. ARP can complete all disciplines of painting and decorating including Sash Windows, Render Systems, Masonry, Steel Structures, Cast Iron Pipework and Ornate Façade Details. All decoration works are carried out following the manufacturers guidelines and are finished to an exceptional standard.

Cladding surveys & repairs

Our experienced rope access teams can carry out cladding surveys to establish the current condition or the cause of any issues. All surveys can be completed with a clearly marked up drawing, labelled supporting images and detailed descriptions of our findings for your consideration. When the survey is complete, using rope access techniques we can carry out any associated repairs from individual gasket or panel replacements to complete deconstruction and reassembly.

Curtain wall surveys & repairs

Curtain wall surveys can be carried out by our experienced technicians to locate the cause of any issues or to establish any renovation requirements. Our teams are experienced in working with Curtain Walling systems of all shapes and sizes, carrying out tasks such as renewing cappings and gaskets, replacing pressure plates, replacing glazing, cleaning and water testing.

Sealant works

ARP’s rope access sealant teams are highly skilled at installing a full range of quality sealants to glass atriums, window frames, glazing units, curtain walling and construction joints. All of our sealant works are prepared and finished to the highest possible standards.

Glazing replacements

Our glazing replacement teams can incorporate a temporary roof mounted crane system with an electric winch and vacuum system for replacing glazing units at height. With a winch person at the roof, a Slinger at the ground, a two-person rope access team at the external elevation and two operatives (in full restraint) inside the building we can replace most sizes of glass, curtain walling or large cladding panels.
Smaller units require a smaller team with less equipment

Reactive maintenance

All of our rope access teams are multi skilled and can carry out any kind of reactive maintenance task. We have a thorough understanding of the skill levels for each of our operatives to ensure your works are carried out by the most appropriately skilled technicians.

Concrete surveys & repairs

Our concrete repair teams have all of the skills and experience required to carry out detailed concrete surveys and repairs. Our survey results are presented in a clear format with each issue clearly marked and numbered on a set of elevation drawings, supporting images and a spreadsheet listing each of our findings along with associated costs for repair.

Render maintenance & repairs

At ARP we understand that different render systems require different approaches regarding maintenance and repairs
